Our off-market property database offers exclusive listings that are not published online, ensuring that our clients receive unique and premium property opportunities.     • The registration process is entirely free of charge.
    • Interested clients must complete a registration form in full.

Additionally, a service fee of a minimum of €1,800.00 plus VAT will apply.

    • For clients requiring a dedicated property identification service, our real estate agents will conduct an exhaustive search to find properties that exactly match the client’s specific requirements.
    • This search includes leveraging various real estate platforms, our extensive network, exclusive real estate sources, and word-of-mouth referrals to identify the perfect property.
  2. Personalized Approach:

    • Our team will work closely with the client to understand their exact needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and targeted property search.

Real Estate Fee Structure:

    • Our commission fee ranges from 3.0% to 4.0% plus VAT of the agreed asking price.
