About Maria Gkika

Maria is a certified real estate agent and property appraiser (TUV Austria Real Estate Broker) with extensive experience in construction integrity inspections and property legalization. Her expertise ensures that properties meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.

As the founder of ARENCOS, an innovative architectural and engineering firm, Maria leads a team dedicated to pioneering sustainable construction practices and passive house design.

Her commitment to environmentally friendly and energy-efficient building solutions has positioned ARENCOS at the forefront of the green building movement, transforming the way we think about residential and commercial architecture.

About Stavros Thomas

Stavros holds a Computer Science degree and a Master’s diploma in Wind Energy Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. Since 2006, he has been working with three research ecosystems in the United Kingdom and Denmark.

He focused on Cost of Energy Mitigation (CoEM) and Business Excellence (BE) through Advanced Analytics and Big Data. Stavros joined ARENCORES to establish Continuous Improvement practices and Knowledge Management methodologies for the real estate assets of our firm.

Stavros is responsible for the digital infrastructure, strategy integration, and marketing campaigns of ARENCORES to support stakeholders’ management and facilitate decision-making.
