The Property Appraisal Process

Upon the client’s inquiry via call or email expressing the need for an appraisal, we promptly respond to gather comprehensive details about the property to be appraised. Subsequently, research is conducted to compare the property assets with others in the same area. Our appraisers then conduct on-site evaluations, capturing detailed interior and exterior photographs. Once all necessary data is collected, we compile the appraisal report with precision.

Fees

Appraisal fees are determined based on the time invested by the appraiser in providing the service. The complexity of each assignment and the availability of information may influence the development time and, consequently, the fees. Please note that fees do not cover additional services such as consulting, court testimony, unique properties, multiple structures/farms, historic properties, or stigmatized/black-listed properties.

To receive a cost estimation, clients must request and sign an official Property Viewing Agreement along with providing a copy of a valid ID or passport.

Data Protection

We process personal data based on consent, contractual performance, or legitimate interests, including responding to property inquiries in accordance with client preferences (Art. 6 (1) (a), (b), and (f) GDPR).
